Before joining product support, Katie spent 4 years as an Autodesk channel partner as a GIS technical specialist where she focused on Map 3D and CAD and GIS integration. She is a geospatial professional with over 10 years of experience in the GIS industry, working in both non-profit and government organizations developing, training and teaching GIS.
